Stores Assistant, Quality Assurance Admin, Inspector

Permanent - Full Time

?Participation in our Safety Management System Program.
?Ability to carry out duties in accordance with the company Maintenance Control Manual, Maintenance Policy Manual, Maintenance Standards and Quality Guidelines, and CAR’s.
?Evaluation of maintenance records to ensure all tasks are forecast properly
?Assist QA Manager with the control of technical records.
?Data entry of task cards and inspections as well as any other maintenance performed into tracking system and relevant technical logs.
?Data entry into maintenance tracking system to produce reliability reports
?Classify, code, cross reference log and store records
?Organize historical records in an orderly manner
?Operate information retrieval systems to research and extract records according to established guidelines
?Label, prepare and transfer information files according to established guidelines.
?Liaise with pilots and engineers to ensure technical records are accurate.
?Assist Stores department with shipping, receiving, parts procurement, stocking and inventory counts
?Assist Quality Assurance department with administration and inspection duties
?May perform other duties, assigned.

?Valid Driver’s License and valid Passport
?Grade 12 education
?Experience using MS Office and an aptitude for learning various computer systems
?Ability to demonstrate problem solving, analytical and communication skills
?Excellent verbal, written, mathematical, and records management skills
?Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and set priorities
?Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance terminology
?Familiarity with AMS considered an asset
?Personal cell phone
?Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is required
