Casual Residential Support Worker


Experience is an asset but not necessary for this job. We are willing to train you!
All you need to the right personality, ability to be a great role model and be open to working a variety of shifts (days, evenings, nights and weekends). We are looking for energetic guys and gals to be a support to adults with developmental disabilities in doing activities outside and inside their homes.
All you need is
• Our application (found on the website listed below) submitted with your resume
• A criminal record search (we pay for your search)
• A BC driver’s license
• 2 of your most current work references
• 1st aid and CPR Certificate (you can obtain this in your training period)
• Willing to take our training
• Be at least 19 years of age
• Be available to work a variety of hours (days, evenings and nights) weekdays and weekends as per the Collective Agreement
