Appointment Coordinator

We are looking to add appointment coordinators to our service team. This is a great career opportunity for applicants with exceptional customer service abilities. Automotive knowledge is NOT required, immediate and ongoing training will be provided.

• Utilizing skills to set solid appointments with customers via telephone, in person and e-mail
• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow up and retention
• Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
• Follow up with customers who are overdue for service
• Provide customers with vehicle status information when needed
• Follow up with customers about their Murray GM experience, resolve any issues or concerns that they may have encountered and send any major issues to the Service manager for further review
• Interacting with customers as well as with all dealership departments in a professional and courteous manor
• Performs other administrative duties, as assigned
• Making outbound and taking inbound calls
Candidates should have:
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multitask
• We are looking for friendly upbeat people who like talking on the phone and helping customers have the best service experience possible
• Typing- ability to type efficiently
• Solid knowledge of computer programs and internet based applications
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Fit with our fun loving, hardworking, community focused, and customer driven culture
