Branch Manager


The Opportunity

Our Fort St. John, BC location is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join the Production Services team. The Branch Manager is responsible for directing and optimizing operations at the Fort St. John and Fort Nelson, BC locations.

Key Responsibilities:

•Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
•Direct and optimize operations in Fort St. John and Fort Nelson, BC;
•Monitor branch performance with special attention to safety and environmental issues;
•Identify potential growth opportunities and maintain collaborative and profitable relationships with customer organizations;
•Conduct filed visits;
•Prepare annual budgets;
•Conduct performance reviews;
•Other tasks as assigned.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

•Minimum five (5) years of industry related experience Oil & Gas, Environmental, Industrial) required;
•Minimum two (2) years of management experience required;
•Commercial driver’s license preferred, standard driver’s license required;
•Previous operating experience preferred Vacuum Truck, Combo Unit
•Previous budgeting experience considered an asset;
•Safety tickets considered an asset First Aid w/ CPR, H2S, Fall Protection/Arrest, CSTS,
•Ability to train and mentor employees;
•Client focused with excellent customer service skills;
•Strong written and verbal communication skills;
•Computer literate;
•Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing environment!
