Office Administrator

Description:

Dunn Hiebert & Associates Ltd. is looking for experienced office administrator. This is a part time position (minimum 20 hours a week) with the potential of becoming full time. Dunn Hiebert & Associates is a Canadian project management and inspection firm specializing in providing project and construction management and inspection or multi-disciplined facility and pipeline projects.

The positions main duties will include accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cost controls and other office support related tasks.
Preferable experience would include experience with accounting software (Simply Accounting) and various invoicing platforms;
-Cortex
-Open Invoicing
-SAP Ariba
-SAP Fieldglass

Additional Duties are to include:
-Filling/scanning various reports and papers
-On-boarding of perspective inspectors
-Tracking of applicable safety tickets and clients required documents
-Answering the phone and directing of calls
-Updating spreadsheets and forms.

It is expected that candidates will be experienced in Microsoft Office Programs, including:
-Microsoft Word
-Microsoft Excel
-Microsoft Outlook
-Experience in office administration as wells as general bookkeeping procedures
-General office support as required.
