Are you looking to join an amazing team? We are hiring a Part-time Customer Service Team Member for our Fort St. John office! Hours would be Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

About the Job:

You are the main point of contact in our FSJ office. You are responsible for holding down the fort and ensuring that customer needs are met!

Provide customer service via telephone for accounts across BC
Assist customers in-store by placing orders, online order training & furniture showroom sales
Use of DDMS and Acsellerate software
General Administrative duties including, handling cash, sorting mail, arranging courier duties and data entry
Opening and closing the store
About You:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with POS systems, DDMS and CRM experience a plus
Work well in a team but also excel in an independent environment
Responsible and proactive.
A strong work ethic and a desire to solve problems
