Client Services Receptionist


We are looking for a Client Services Receptionist to join our team as the first point of contact for our organization. Individuals of Aboriginal ancestry are encouraged to apply.

- At least 1 to 2 years related office experience
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Welcoming and enthusiastic approach to customer service
- Organized and detail oriented
- A sincere desire and willingness to work in a professional office environment

Nice to have:
Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture/experience in a First Nations environment.

Job Description:
- Answering incoming phone calls, screening and directing calls, taking messages and making
- Serving visitors at the front desk
- Client orientation on services
- Assist clients with using computers/online courses/job searches/how to prepare a cover letter and resume/setting up an email account etc.
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Provide administrative support
- Stationery/supply ordering and inventory control
- Receive, record and distribute mail/deliveries and couriers
- Maintain job board and library
- Other duties as assigned
