Qualifications: Busy Property Management company is looking to hire a full time rental assistant/property manager. The successful candidate must be reliable, honest, neat, professional,tidy,be able to follow direction, fluent in both written and oral English language. Computer skills and a reliable vehicle are a must. This position is an on call position (rotation).

Preference will be given to someone with prior experience or is taking or has a property management license. Wage will be dependent upon experience but training will be made available.

Duties would include but are not limited to: showing and marketing vacant units, assisting in application approval, assisting answering phones,advertising and updating ads on websites, inspections of units including move in and move out paperwork, data entry and filing.
