Older Hay Available

$40 firm

Good evening.
Its too wet with the rain we have had and snow And now the weather shows more rain and snow but after that it should dry up decent
Priority for hay will go to the person that takes all the hay. Also I have been thinking and I would prefer they also bring thier own tractor to load all the hay. That way they can load it how they want and if bale falls off on hwy it's thier fault and not mine.
I can load with my tractor. But prefer not and if I did use my tractor. My time and tractor hrs is worth more money than the bales are. so you have to factor that into it Best if you used your own tractor. It can be parked in a safe place when not in use.
There is over 200 bales.
At 40$ a bale that's 8k for 200 bales. Whoever takes all bales i am fine with the payment of 8k even if there is more bales. And I am sure some bales will break etc. Any broken bales should be hauled also. but if they can't be taken they can be put in a pile to burn. but the money owed will still be 8k.
Payment in full must be made on day you start hauling bales. No personal cheques. Cash only.
Bales will then be your responsibility to remove asap. If weather is cooperative. No hauling allowed if ground is wet as you have to cross my hay field to get to them. and I dont want any ruts
After reading this if your still interested msg me.
I am just trying to cover all the bases. So we don't have any miscommunication.
Must come and look at bales prior to hauling also so you know exactly what you are buying.
Feel free to email me and ask questions. Hay is between peace river and rolla. Doe river area.
My only concern is crossing hay field to get to bales in bale don't want any ruts. So we will have to play it as the weather comes. Absolutely no access when its
Thank you
