Service advisor & Parts Person Technical Skills:
We are currently looking for an energetic individual to join our dynamic team in assisting customer and order parts. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service. Knowledge of the automotive/Marine industry an asset, and will be dedicated to providing the superb customer service we are known for. Responsibilities:
Accurate, professional and efficient customer service via telephone, e-mail and in person. Coordination orders and shipment with parts vendors. Inventory management, ensuring appropriate stock levels. Assisting technicians to identify parts needed. Any other duties required to successfully complete the job
