People often ask us what we are in need of, so we've come up with a wish list to pass along. Feel free to share.
SPCA WISH LIST as of March 28th, 2018.
(Feel free to check ahead for most current needs)
*A good snow shovel with a metal blade
*Grit or Animal-friendly salt for sidewalksâ€¨
*High-quality hose nozzles (used daily, so they wear out)
*A large good quality floor squeegee
*Laundry detergent (ongoing need)â€¨
*Hand soapâ€¨ (ongoing)
*Unscented dryer sheets (ongoing)
*Kiddie pools for summertimeâ€¨
*Tarps of ALL sizesâ€¨- medium and small are currently needed.
*Help with repairs- fences, gates, yards, plumbing, etc.
*Snow removal after big dumps
*An industrial mop bucket (or two)
*A large indoor/outdoor storage bench or two (Rubbermaid or other)
*Garbage bags of all sizes
*SD memory cards
*Lasers/batteries for themâ€¨
*Small fuzzy mice and other toysâ€¨
*Small mats for sleeping on the floorâ€¨
*Litter pans- large, small, covered or notâ€¨
*Clumping and non-clumping litter
*Larger sized coats
*Tough dog toys (Tuffy Brand seems to hold up around here)
*Canadian Tire Money or Gift cards to places we can get supplies
*Direct donations to our shelter (can be done over the phone and in shelter)â€¨
*Donations towards our vet accounts or other accounts. Ask us!
*Bottle sorting helpâ€¨
*Check with the shelter to see if there are current needs
*Foster homes- especially for cats and sometimes for puppies
*Q-Tips (that brand only. Other don't have the best tips)
*Medium and Large zipper bags (like Ziplock)
*A new wireless keyboard and mouse
*Specialty foods such as weight management, kidney, urinary, dental, etc.
