📍 Location: Fort St. John, BC 💵 Wage: $25–$38/hr 📅 Start Date: Immediate
Ace Instruments Ltd. is a locally owned energy service company looking for Instrumentation and Control Technician and Electrian Apprentices to join our team.
Whether you’re just starting your apprenticeship or already have a few years of experience, we want to hear from you!
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Assist with instrumentation and electrical installation, maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and maintain field equipment
- Work on a variety of oil & gas and industrial sites
- Assist with testing and commissioning
- Read and work from drawings and schematics
- Work alongside experienced Journeyman
- Complete required field documentation
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship
✅ What You Bring:
- Registered Instrumentation or Electrical Apprentice – all levels welcome
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Good work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Current safety tickets are an asset
- Willingness to work overtime and travel to field sites as required
- Oil & gas or industrial experience is an asset
