🛒 We’re Hiring: Inside Sales / Purchaser

📍 Location: Fort St. John, BC 💵 Wage: $22–$35/hr 📅 Start Date: Immediate

Ace Instruments Ltd. is a locally owned energy service company providing instrumentation, electrical and valve products and services. We’re looking for an organized, customer-focused person to join our team.

Whether you have experience in inside sales, counter sales, purchasing, electrical/instrumentation parts, or simply have strong customer service skills and industry knowledge, we want to hear from you!

🔧 What You’ll Do:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, quotations and orders
  • Process sales, rental and repair orders
  • Purchase electrical and instrumentation parts
  • Source products and work with suppliers
  • Prepare and follow up on purchase orders
  • Coordinate deliveries and third-party repairs
  • Manage warranties and returns
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers

✅ What You Bring:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using computers, including Outlook and Excel
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
  • Sales, purchasing, electrical, instrumentation or oil & gas experience is an asset
