I am a local, mature nursing student looking for a pet friendly rental in the FSJ or surrounding areas for October!
I would like to stay around $1700 with utilities included or $1300-$1500 without.
I have currently been on a waitlist for quite some time with a breeder down south for a German Shepherd puppy and if all goes well would bring her home around thanksgiving weekend. I am working with a local dog trainer as well as attending training seminars out of town for basic obedience and sport specific activities.
My ideal place would be pet-friendly with 2 bedrooms and in-suite laundry with yard access. The yard access is not a deal breaker as I will have access to an outdoor temperature controlled kennel at a separate location for any extended period of time she would be spending outside although somewhere at my primary residence would be more ideal.
I am a quiet person and do not smoke or party and can provide references when requested.
