Ace Instruments Ltd. is currently seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our field services team on a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation.

What You’ll Do
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical equipment including motors, generators, VFDs, lighting systems, contactors, and fire suppression systems
- Respond to customer service calls and perform emergency repairs as required
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in industrial and oilfield environments
- Read, interpret, and redline electrical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard
- Maintain compliance with Ace Instruments’ safety, health, environmental, and risk management requirements
- Other duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Journeyman Electrician certification required
- Red Seal certification considered an asset
- Minimum 5 years of oil & gas or industrial experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of BC Electrical Code
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- Industry safety tickets or willingness to obtain them
- Experience working around high-pressure natural gas systems is considered an asset
