Huntington Place Housing Co-op is an established non-profit organization whose mission is to provide secure, long term affordable housing to families in the community.
The Co-op is an affordable, alternative approach to home ownership. Purchase shares to become a member-owner of the complex.
Units offer 1 full bathroom, partially finished basement, laundry hook ups, deck and fenced yard. We are pet friendly to a max. combination of 4 cats & dogs. Dogs must be 30″ or shorter at the shoulder when full grown.
Housing charges for a 2 bedroom unit are $1230 a month plus utilities. One-time share purchase for a 2 bedroom unit is $1500. No additional “damage deposit” is required.
Housing charges for a 3 bedroom unit are $1345 a month plus utilities. One-time share purchase for a 3 bedroom unit is $2000. No additional “damage deposit” is required.
Open Orientation / Information evenings take place the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm sharp in the Commons Room which is located in the Office building – please enter through the side door.
