Qualifications: Qualifications/Skills include:

High school diploma or equivalent
Medium/Heavy Fabrication: 3 years (preferred)
CWB Level 1 Welding Inspector Certification
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a medium / heavy fabrication environment
Excellent knowledge of welding methods and welding symbols
Clean - Class 1 or 3 Drivers License
CraneSafe Folding Boom - 10 Tonnes & Under
Mobile equipment operation certificate and experience
First Aid Level 1
H2S Alive
Energy Safety Canada CSO
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Digital Action Tracking System and computer systems

Description:

Highmark Oilfield Services Ltd. is currently accepting resumes for a mechanically inclined Shop Foreman & CWB Level 1 Welding Inspector.

This is a skilled position which involves preventative maintenance and repair for a fleet of commercial transport vehicles including crew trucks, trailers, mobile equipment, and light-duty trucks. As well as welding inspection duties and occasional field support including knuckle boom picker operation.
