As a Seasonal Agronomy Assistant, you will assist our team of agronomists in providing full-acre solutions to our growers. This hands-on role offers a unique chance to apply your academic knowledge to real-world situations, playing a vital part in helping farmers achieve their highest yields.

What you will bring:

Agriculture, Business, or Science Degree student, or Diploma student, or graduate preferred
Previous agriculture or field scouting experience, an asset
Valid Canadian driver's license

Description:

What you will do:

Assist agronomists with crop scouting, soil sampling, and data collection
Interpret data to provide recommendations on fertilizers, pesticides, and other crop inputs
Assist with the planning and execution of field days and grower meetings
Maintain strong relationships with growers and internal teams
Execute our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions’ and industry regulatory and EH&S standards.
