Busy Property Management Company is looking to hire a full time maintenance person. The person must have some property maintenance experience. This would include but not limited to painting, dry walling, plumbing and minor electrical repair, lawn maintenance and garbage removal. The successful candidate must have their own tools to perform this type of maintenance, a reliable pickup truck, valid drivers license and be able to provide a clean criminal record search. They also must be honest and reliable and have good work references. Wage is dependent on experience.
