Hallo, I'm looking for a house on some acres anywhere around the Peace region BC or Alberta
Can be as far north as Fort Nelson, or as south as Prince George or Tumbler ridge. Alberta is fine as long as it's not on past Edmonton.

A house with basement on a treed 1/4 section would be ideal but I will consider everything on the market.
The more acres the better.
I just want to live in peace with some goats and maybe honey bees.

Fixer upper is fine, as long as the house is livable while I do the renovations.

This would be a direct exchange, no middleman or mortgage required.
