Description:

Frosty is a 11 year old quarter horse mare. Not herd bound at all. She can throw in a couple of crow hops at the beginning of a canter when she is frisky, but quickly straightens out. She has not done this for a while. The more you ride her the more bomb proof and reliable she gets. Passes tankers next to the highway with no problem. She has met moose, deer, elk, coyotes, quads, dogs out on the trail. Has helped move cows twice and did well.
She has more whoa then go, but moves if she is asked.
She has been ridden with a bitless bridle and prefers that to a bit. The bridle comes with her.
She tends to fidget and shuffle during hoof trimming, but stands still after a while. Her hooves are strong and don't crack. She has developed a limp in her right front leg twice in the last couple years. I don't know the cause of it but it did clear up by itself in two or three days. Before and after the lameness she is totally sound and solid.
She has not been trailered since I bought her.
She has not been tied much and paws after a while.
Reason for selling just don't have the time for her. Would like her to go to a home where she'll get work and attention.
