Description:
Safety/Operations Administrator
Safety/Operations Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties assisting Operations & Safety. This position is Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities
• Subcontractor Management Program, including liability insurance and WCB compliance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with ISN, Comply Works and all other safety compliance software.
• Coordinate and book safety courses for employees.
• Obtaining term, weight and size permits for lowbed trucks.
• Maintain employee safety files.
• Assist Operations team with hiring & onboarding of field personnel, including Workhub & Site Docs compliance.
• Assist Operations with yearly vehicle inspections & insurance.
• Assist Operations with tracking of service maintenance on truck and equipment fleet.
• Assist Operations with ordering parts/supplies and vehicle & equipment maintenance.
• Asset tracking, ensure all assets are update:d and signed out accordingly
• Assist management team with admin duties as required.
• Manage new equipment – Adding to inventory and purchase of decals, radio, all required safety equipment and tools.
• Assist estimator with obtaining quotes for projects as required.
• Track and submit all field employees’ time off requests.
• Complete BC One calls and NOP for all projects.
• Update truck binder with new insurance, CVIPS and Term Permits for all applicable configurations.
• Compile and complete project binders.
• Completion of annual clients hired equipment forms. (DRM, MOTi, BC Wildfire)
• Completion of annual rate sheets and determining all new blue book rates for entire fleet.
• Receptionist coverage as required.
