Oil Field Road Driving Experience
Valid Safety Tickets (First Aid, H2S, CSO, Defensive Drivers Course).

Description:

Established in 1977, Peace Country Rentals has lent a hand in creating more opportunities for Peace River Country's contractors and homeowners. As our customer's needs have grown, so too has our business;

We are excited to announce that PCR is seeking to add another reliable Driver to our team.

As a Driver, you will be responsible for;
•Transporting equipment and goods to customer sites throughout the North Peace in a safe and timely manner.
•Carry out vehicle maintenance checks.
•Ensure Log books are completed.
•Interact with customers in a professional manner.
•Ensure that vehicles have sufficient fuel and are always ready for use.
•Arrange vehicle repairs when necessary.
•Operate a variety of small equipment as needed (for loading and off loading purposes).

Application Requirements
•Valid Class 5 drivers license.
•Ability to lift 70 lbs.
•Proficiency using GPS systems.
•Good knowledge of Fort St. John, BC and surrounding area is a huge asset.
•Strong communication & attention to detail skills.

This will be a full-time position that offers weekly overtime, paid in accordance to the BC Employment Standards act.
