Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and strong analytical skills to support the overall financial operations of the organization.
Responsibilities
Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring timely payments.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable activities and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any billing issues or inquiries.
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy to ensure financial integrity.
Analyze financial data related to accounts payable and provide reports as requested.
Assist in month-end closing processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Utilize accounting Sage50 and Microsoft Office software to manage accounts payable functions effectively.
