Qualifications:

Position: Purchaser
This full-time role (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in oilfield instrumentation and electrical procurement. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong vendor relationships, negotiating pricing, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Inventory Management
• Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies to support field operations.
• Process purchase orders, requisitions, RMAs, and TMRs efficiently.
• Work closely with the central purchasing department to ensure timely deliveries.
Communication & Coordination
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and field staff to meet operational needs.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and secure quality products.
• Ensure seamless communication across departments for order tracking and inventory control.
Leadership & Operations
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and shipping/receiving teams to streamline and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Operate company-provided equipment, such as forklifts and other transport machinery, as needed.
