I am a 41-year-old woman with a 9-year-old son. We are looking for a two bedroom wheelchair accessible apartment/home/trailer etc. If the place has a small (say up to 5/6) set of stairs to the entrance, I have a portable ramp that will allow me to go up /down them. A main floor / one level kind of thing would be ideal!
Now that is out of the way, onto myself! I am a responsible, clean, quiet/ peaceful person. I take pride in wherever I live and like to keep a tidy home. I have a guaranteed income, so rent will never be an issue. I also have excellent references if that is required.
I would like to get this out of the way. My credit is not the greatest. I have a vehicle lease I could not afford on my own after my husband passed away (6 years ago)and bills from my home I could also not pay after a house fire put me in the hospital for a year and a half. I am working on getting all that settled and dealt with. Saying all that I pay my rent and bills prompt and on time.
We have two male neutered cats, Stanley and snowball. They are mellow, clean and very good cats. My son and I are looking for a long-term rental to make a happy life in. Available May 1st or sooner would be what we would need, as the place we currently live in is far from ideal. Finding us a new place sooner rather than later would be fabulous.
