Qualifications: The Administrative Receptionist should have:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in an administrative support role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands


Description:

The Administrative Receptionist is the face of the company, interacting with customers, vendors and other guests. The Administrative Receptionist should be equipped with outstanding customer service and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of administrative functions. In addition, this individual will play an important role in maintaining the smooth operations of our office. This position requires as positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and experience in an administrative role.
As an Administrative Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Terminal Manager, and Accounting and Dispatch, handling general office duties, and contributing to the maintenance of an efficient working environment.

The hours for this position are 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, with one hour for lunch. Starting wage dependent upon experience.
