1. Agreement to Terms

By using FSJNow Classifieds, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

2. Platform Disclaimer

FSJNow Classifieds is a user-generated classifieds platform. We do not verify listings or participate in transactions. Use at your own risk.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Do not post illegal, misleading or harmful content

4. General Listing Rules

• You must own or have rights to sell listed items
• Listings must be accurate
• No scams, spam or prohibited goods

5. Category-Specific Rules

For Sale

• Must legally own item
• Accurate description and pricing required

Wanted

• Clearly describe request
• No vague or spam posts

Free

• Must be completely free
• No hidden costs

For Rent

• Must be owner or authorized agent
• Must comply with BC rental laws
• No discrimination

Jobs - Hiring

• Must be legitimate opportunity
• No upfront fees or scams

Jobs - Wanted

• Must be truthful and accurate

Auctions

• Must include start price and end date
• No fake bidding

6. Reporting & Flagging System

• Users may report suspicious or inappropriate listings
• Reports must be made in good faith
• FSJNow may remove listings or suspend users that breach T&C

7. Boosted Premium Ads

• Featured and paid ads are offered on this site
• All payments are non-refundable
• Paid listings must still follow all rules

8. Listing Duration & Expiry

• Standard listings expire after 60 days
• Auctions expire after 10 days
• Expired listings may be relisted, removed or archived

9. Local Safety Guidelines

Meet Safely:

• Meet in public locations
• Bring a friend, if possible
• Avoid secluded areas

• Inspect items before paying
• Avoid sending money in advance

10. Anti-Scam Awareness

Watch for Red Flags:

• Price is too good to be true
• Seller requests a deposit to hold item
• Out-of-town sellers offering delivery
• Requests for personal or banking info

Rental Scams

• No viewing offered
• Deposit required before viewing

Job Scams

• Upfront payment required
• Unrealistic salary offers
• Always report suspicious listings and avoid risky transactions

11. Limitation of Liability

FSJNow Classifieds services are provided “as-is” and are not responsible for transactions, losses or user conduct.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
