Experience is an asset but not necessary for this job. We are willing to train you!
All you need to the right personality, ability to be a great role model and be open to working a variety of shifts (days, evenings, nights and weekends). We are looking for energetic guys and gals to be a support to adults with developmental disabilities in doing activities outside and inside their homes. Check out our video:
All you need is
• Our application (found on the website listed below) submitted with your resume
• A criminal record search (we pay for your search)
• A BC driver’s license
• 2 of your most current work references
• 1st aid and CPR Certificate (you can obtain this in your training period)
• Willing to take our training
• Be at least 19 years of age
• Be available to work a variety of hours (days, evenings and nights) weekdays and weekends as per the Collective Agreement
Starting wage is with paid on all hours worked in lieu of benefits during the probation period.
Excellent benefit and pension plan if you apply and are awarded a permanent position after the probation period.
