2 project geldings
Both were 'rescues' earlier this year and were gelded end of January. They've been mellowing out in pasture, and have been getting some grain.

Solid blaze gelding has been haltered 4 times, and is mostly halter broke now. However, needs some work with that still. Takes me about 15 minutes to catch him. Doesn't run, and seems to understand pressure and release quite well. He's fairly friendly, but takes some time to warm up. I really don't know his age or breed as we received limited information. But my guess is he could be anywhere 8+, possibly even in his teen years.

Broken blaze gelding is younger, in the 3-5 year range. He will come for grain, let you pet his face and neck for the most part. But very wary. He might even make a good bronc, or a good pack/saddle horse in the right trainer's hands. Was haltered/crudely halter broke at gelding time, but has not been haltered since.

Both of these guys NEED an experienced hand as someone could possibly get hurt if they are not careful. They're on the 'smaller' side, guessing around 14 hands, and quite stocky.

Their feet have not, and will not be done until they have been handled more.

We were hoping we would have more time this summer to work with them and train them for pack horses, but we've had some unexpected things come up.
