Northern Peace Petroleum is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented Yardman to join our team in Fort St. John, BC.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Unloading railcars
  • Conducting daily and weekly bulk plant inspections
  • Monthly fuel tank dipping and inventory checks
  • Serving and assisting customers in the yard
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Completing operational records and documentation
  • Assisting with various yard, warehouse, and facility tasks as required

Employment Requirements

  • Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Valid Forklift Ticket/Certification
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • On-call every second weekend

Compensation & Benefits

  • Wages determined based on experience
  • Six (6) month probationary period
  • Benefits package available upon successful completion of the probationary period
