Condition: Very Good, exceptionally clean, no leaks and all appliances/system units work as they should with no issues.

Unique design and layout with one small side slide and an expansion back slide for the queen bed (see image of floor plan)

Light weight build:  Was being pulled by a GMC Yukon and subsequently by my Ford Expedition (See specifications in attached images).

Recent upgrades/services:  New vinyl plant flooring, front panel 1/3 lower exterior replaced with a diamond plated aluminum skin for durability and easy cleaning, and all wheel bearings were repacked (services were professional done).

Sleeps: 8-10 (1 queen bed at the backend slide [with privacy blinds], 4 bunk beds upfront [with privacy accordion folding door].  Couch folds down and dinning table collapses leaving a spacious cushioned area to sleep a few extra campers.

A real family orientated camper able to give the sleeping, eating and living space for a larger crowd or hosting welcomed visitors on all your adventures.
